Westchester Modular Homes, Inc. headquartered in Wingdale, NY, was established in 1986 and recently celebrated its 25th Anniversary of high quality modular construction. In January 2000, Westchester Modular became an Employee Owned Company, and has evolved into an industry leader with employee owned innovation in design, superior craftsmanship and customization. Presently, Westchester Modular markets their homes through a network of independent builders in a nine-state area including New England, NY, NJ & PA, and employs about 175 people full time in their plant near the Connecticut border in Windgale, New York.
